Our Vision and Principles

Marketing Communications must be solidly researched,
carefully planned and implemented. Our communications
stand out to today’s sophisticated consumers who are
exposed to literally tens of thousands of messages each day.
Creativity in communication is most often the fruit of hard
work, vigilance and determination. Our work is guided by
four basic principles:

Thorough Knowledge and Understanding of Our Client

We begin by asking questions. We need to know all the
relevant facts about our client and its industry. We review
industry trade publications, analyzing the approaches of
competitors. This information provides the groundwork
for all that follows.

Strategy Focused on Results

Developing marketing communications strategies and
objectives is the next stage. We prepare a written plan
to meet the goals and objectives we’ve agreed upon.
Questions critical to the success of the program are
addressed. Which mediums best carry the message?
Which will reach the audience most cost effectively?
Which delivery systems will carry a message most directly?

    Communications with Impact

How we communicate is as important as what we communicate. Without impact, a well-planned message is lost.
We apply research findings and knowledge of audience, message construction, and communications mediums to
produce delivery systems that invite maximum response.

    Continuing Research

The results of a program are collected and measured against projections. We follow through on our findings,
redirecting programs where needed. We continue to check the pulse of our clients’ markets and our own industry.
